  • Meniscus tear surgery

    I first came to Peter to deal with knee pain following meniscus tear surgery, but ended up benefiting much more. Not only did his exercises stabilize the knee and reduce pain, but he also helped me start a daily yoga practice which has been so beneficial. His deep knowledge and insight into yoga, coupled with his attentive and kind way of teaching have allowed me to deepen my yoga practice on the spiritual, mental and physical planes. Peter’s devotion and care to his clients make his clients love yoga.

  • Hormonal issues

    Peter Sage taught me techniques to manage some hormonal problem that I had this year. After a few weeks of practicing the simple series of exercises, my symptoms disappeared. I was impressed…. ‎I also learned a meditation technique that helped me improve my spiritual life in a way I could never imagine possible.

    When it came to deciding whether or not to medicate myself for severe anxiety, I knew there had to be an alternative option. I was fortunate to have access to yoga therapy and chose to address my anxiety through a natural approach–meditation, yoga, and thoughtful contemplation.
